Nnenna Eka
Nnenna is a Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing Department. Nnenna originally qualified Overseas in 1990 and again in the U.K in 2001 having attended the College of Law, London.
Nnenna has dealt with several types of property related transactions and has accrued considerable experience across the U.K in the Hertfordshire, London & Essex regions, in areas including but not limited to; Leasehold & Freehold Sales and Purchase’s, New Builds, Sales of Part, Transfers of Equity, Remortgage, Help To Buy, Right to Buy, Shared Ownership, Auction, Company Sale & Purchase’s, Equity Release and Non Statutory Lease Extensions.
After so many years in the profession Nnenna enjoys the challenges of intricate and unusual transactions.
Accreditation to the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) shows that Nnenna follows best practice procedures to provide a professional and quality conveyancing service in accordance with the scheme rules.
Outside of work, Nnenna enjoys participating in her Groups’ outreach programmes and going for long county walks.
