My husband and I needed to make completely new Wills,due to a change in our circumstances. After reading lots of reveiws about solicitors local to Chelmsford,I chose Leonard Gray. The Receptionist was very helpful and explained that the solicitor we needed to see was Sigourney Rutkowski and an appointment was made. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome and the atmosphere was friendly,but professional. Sigourney herself turned out to be and absolutely delightful young woman,friendly and personable. She explained the whole process to us very clearly and advised us as to the best course of action when we explained our various needs and wishes. Only a week later we received the new Wills through the post and at our next appointment these were reviewed and signed by us in front of the witness supplied by the solicitors.Sigourney made the whole process very easy for us,nothing was too much trouble and the service was quite exceptional. We would recommend Leonard Gray LLP Solicitors and particularly SIgourney,without a moment's hesitation. Should the need arise in the future,we would not hesitate to return.
